Privacy Policy

1. Data that may be processed

2. Purposes

Data is used to provide requested features, authenticate users, synchronize operations with the ERP, support customers, secure and diagnose the service, meet legal obligations and retain administrative records configured by the customer.

Location may be used to create travel history required for delivery or road service, dispatch or track an intervention, and corroborate the place and context of an electronic signature in a dispute. The app requests the applicable device permissions. Background collection should be enabled only when required for functions selected by the customer employer.

3. Sharing and service providers

Data may be accessible to the customer organization, its authorized users, CYLABH when needed for support, and technical providers that host or operate service components. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in a governed corporate transaction. CYLABH does not sell personal data.

4. Retention and deletion

Retention periods for operational data are primarily established by the customer organization according to its administrative, contractual and legal needs. CYLABH retains data only as long as needed to provide the service, carry out customer instructions, comply with law, resolve disputes or protect the service. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to applicable backups and obligations.

5. Security and transfers

CYLABH applies administrative, technical and physical measures appropriate to data sensitivity, including access controls and protected communications. No system offers absolute security. Depending on hosting and selected providers, data may be processed in another province or country and be subject to local laws.

6. Your choices and rights

You can manage location permissions in your device settings; some features may then stop working. To access, correct, withdraw consent or request deletion of your data, first contact your organization’s administrator, which generally controls the record. You may also contact CYLABH below. Identity verification may be required and legal exceptions may apply.

7. Website, cookies and advertising

The website uses necessary cookies. Audience measurement or advertising cookies are activated only after your choice in the preference banner. If such tools are added, this policy and the consent mechanism will be updated. Information submitted to request a demo is used to answer the request and for reasonably expected sales follow-up.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may change as features, providers or requirements evolve. The date above indicates the current version. For privacy questions, complaints or requests:
